From riverbanks to hillsides: a journey to the great wine regions
Leaving the canal, the landscape unfolds once more, evolving into iconic vineyard hillsides. You reach Ambonnay and then Bouzy , two villages renowned for their Grand Cru wines.
Bouzy is particularly known for its famous Bouzy Rouge, a rare still wine in Champagne, made from Pinot Noir grapes. Renowned for its aromatic richness and character, it embodies a unique expertise in a region dominated by sparkling wines.
The rolling roads of the Val de Livre then lead you towards Fontaine-sur-Aÿ .
